Kyrio Now Accepting Devices for WBA Carrier Wireless Service Certification Testing

Kyrio is now accepting devices to test for the Wireless Broadband Alliance’s (WBA) Carrier Wireless Service Certification (CWSC) program. The WBA recently announced the commercial launch of their program, which enables carriers and equipment suppliers to independently test and certify their devices for Wi-Fi roaming and Wi-Fi offload.

As an active contributor to the certification program, Kyrio is ready to work with operators and equipment suppliers to get their devices and network equipment WBA CWSC certified. By participating in the CWSC program with Kyrio, our testing simulates end customer usability in a real network environment to ensure that the device will perform as expected in commercial deployments.

The CWSC program includes several different scenarios that can be simulated, including scenarios across hub providers, clearing houses, multiple carrier networks and more. This comprehensive program ensures that your device delivers a superior customer experience, while also reducing customer support time and accelerating time to market.

Kyrio’s team of skilled engineers are excited to help operators and equipment suppliers achieve WBA CWSC certification. Our team has provided an exceptional level of support and expertise in DOCSIS® and Open Connectivity Foundation (OCF) device certification testing, and we are excited to offer this new certification program to our customers. Visit the WBA’s website to learn more about the program. To begin the WBA certification process with Kyrio, please see additional information on our website.
