Online Services, one of the lines of business at Kyrio, was created specifically to leverage and expand the technologies created at CableLabs. Our goal is to become the provider of leading edge online data and lead management. Today, our customers are the broadband cable providers, as Kyrio we can now partner with them proactively to expand our lead management offerings, improve their ROI, and enhance the end customer experience. Over time it will be a natural extension to explore new opportunities as they come to us and look at new geographies and high volume/high transaction industries.
Starting with G2B
Currently, Kyrio’s flagship product is Go2Broadband or G2B as many of you might know better. G2B is a cloud based online services platform that facilitates millions of web transactions each year between cable service providers and channel affiliate partners. These services make it easy for end customers moving to a new area to locate the service provider(s) in their area, and secure broadband services at the home. G2B passes that customers information seamlessly and securely to the new cable provider, using one universal platform. In addition, for the cable service providers and affiliates, G2B solves the integration and data differences that exist between the various online websites and network providers’ backend systems. For the end customer, G2B ensures a smooth transition during a busy time in a customer’s life. There are currently 14 cable companies who are part of G2B and hundreds of affiliates that make up this amazing ecosystem.
What’s Coming in 2016
So what can you expect to see in 2016? Our first priority is to give G2B a facelift. We are starting with refreshing the user interface for the G2B website. The site has grown organically over time, and the focus will be to enhance and simplify the customer experience. We will actively partner with both cable providers and affiliates, and expect during this project to identify new and better ways to improve performance and create new conversations with them. Along with a new user interface, Go2Broadband is also under going a rebranding effort that aligns with Kryio’s branding and opens the door for new ways that we can identify new and growing channels for automations and improving marketing performance analytics.
In addition, the development team has several key projects underway that will deliver in the first half of 2016, and we continue to provide high value add to support their business objectives.
Beyond these initial projects, we have an amazing opportunity to create new online service offerings, focus on what we do best, build upon the amazing relationships CableLabs has built over the years and create new ones going forward.
